Job Description
Respected law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with at least 1-3 years of experience to join their team at the firm's Pasadena office. Full-time, Direct hire position. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, have excellent written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work for multiple attorneys.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct inbound phone calls.
- Organize records, documents, correspondence, files into a manageable format.
- Heavy communication with clients, attorneys and other teammates.
- Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading documents and correspondence.
- Manage attorney's calendar and schedule client meetings and other appointments.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of legal experience. 1-minimum in Estate Planning
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree is a plus but not required.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in all MS 365 programs.
- Experience with document management and timekeeping software.
- Experience working as a legal receptionist and/or Legal Administrative assistant.
- College degree or paralegal/legal secretary certifications are a plus, but not required.
