Legal Admin Assistant For A Reputable Law Firm In Costa Mesa

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable, mid-sized law firm in Costa Mesa that is seeking to hire a solid Legal Admin Asst for the firm. The opportunity is a temp to hire role that needs someone who can work daily onsite in the office.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

• At least 1 year working in a law firm environment
• Strong MS Office Suite knowledge (Word, Outlook, etc)
• Excellent work ethic and reliability
• A positive attitude, someone who takes initiative

The Job Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries with any administrative tasks and projects
• Maturity to handle sensitive information, many of the cases deal with abuse situations
• Assist the team with any deadlines, which can include sending out case files, pulling archived case notes, database updates, indexing, etc
