Our long-term objectives have now come together and we are offering Implementation Consultancy services for LEAP's larger clients across the United States. LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

The relationship between LEAP is very collaborative, resources will be shared, and information will flow freely between both companies regarding projects and planning. LEAP is invested in its relationship with Jayva, as we are with LEAP.
The Role:
As a Legal Accounts Specialist, you will find the job both diverse and exciting. We are working with a dynamic group of people in a fast-paced environment, and they are entrusting us with the delivery of the implementation of their system to their client base in a new market.
Strong preference for this opportunity will be given to those who have accounting experience and in particular, those who have performed legal accounting.
Our ideal Team Member needs focus, discipline and velocity in all that they do.
This role is roughly 50%-70% client-facing and requires the delivery of our professional services as a consultant. Therefore the Legal Accounts Specialist will be tasked with confidently and professionally lead training sessions for our clients.
Quality must be at the heart of our service. To achieve quality, we must ensure efficiency in our delivery model and excellent communication, internally, with our clients and of course with LEAP, effectively our single biggest client. As a Legal Accounts Specialist, you will need to work closely with our clients to deliver the services they need to get their LEAP system up and running.
You will be required to:
· Advise on best practice accounting procedures with the LEAP, QuickBooks Online and Xero
· Act as an escalation point on the more complex accounting queries
· Configure the LEAP database to the firms needs
· Have the skills to set up Letterheads, Bill Templates and Documents for the firm in MSO Word
· Deliver Accounts Training on LEAP
· Deliver Quickbooks Online and Xero Training
· Deliver Case Management Training on LEAP
· Deliver Follow Up Training on LEAP
· Provide value-adding consultancy on best practices while undertaking your role
It is important to build a rapport with the clients from the first interaction, gathering as much information as we can about their practice and their requirements. This way we can feed that into the project schedule and deliver a tailored service that will meet their needs. As a new and evolving team, the workforce is very agile.
While the majority of our consultant work is conducted remotely (via Zoom or MS Teams), some travel to states across the US will be required (25%-30%) from time to time for the larger implementations.
