Operational activities include transport, manufacturing and distribution of products, and the treatment of healthcare waste. Daniels is a highly recognized brand in the healthcare space and due to the growth of the Company is looking to grow the billing team.
Key Responsibilities
Billing
- Contract Review for Set Up of New Customer profiles in Route Optix (Billing system).
- Collaborating with plant administrators to ensure the proper closing of routes in Route Optix.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Commercial Excellence) to ensure proper billing terms.
- Process ETFs (Early Termination Fees)
- Preparation of various Month End Customer Waste & Billing Reports
- Timely and accurate processing of customer invoices for Accessories (via FitOuts) and Tx Destroyer/ Secure-A-Drug products.
- Monitor Customer Phone Call Queue, including answering and addressing all customer questions and/or complaints associated with invoicing.
- Collaborate with collections, sales and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.
- Provide timely customer service to both customers and internal departments.
- Create Salesforce Work tickets and forward to applicable departments if unable to address Customer questions.
- Identifying and processing billing adjustments in a timely manner.
- Setting performance standards and ensuring that the appropriate coverage is in place to meet or exceed service goals
- Align Billing practices with interdepartmental teams EG: Accounts Receivable
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience considered
Administrative skills and ‘customer set up’/entering customer agreements into ERPs/CRMs
Intermediate Excel skills
Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Sharp eye for detail
Proficient data entry skills; high number of words per minute
