Leasing Agent Responsibilities
The Leasing Agent will train under the leadership Leasing Manager and Director of Marketing/Leasing and assist in the sales and leasing of properties managed by MiddleTown Property Group. The Leasing Agent is a mid-level employment position that requires sales management, scheduling and conducting showings, creating and implementing leases, and additional assistance within the lease process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the leasing of properties, products, and services to prospective tenants.
- Assist prospective tenants with any questions regarding availability, properties, and lease expectations.
- Manage phone and voicemail operations to the office using MiddleTown Property Group phone policy.
- Self-Manage communication with multiple prospective tenants.
-Track and maintain sales goals put in place by the Leasing Manager and Director of Marketing/Leasing
- Setup up tours and notify current residents of tours.
- Drive to properties in / out of town and conduct tours with prospective tenants.
- Follow up with prospective tenants utilizing MiddleTown Property Group Follow-up Policy.
-Create Leasing documents and addenda.
- Setup Lease Signing appointments with prospects.
- Complete other assigned tasks from the Leasing Manager and Director of Marketing/Leasing
- Follow Fair Housing Practices.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Valid Driver's License required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Full Time (40 Hours) Availability required.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
