Immediate Opening for Rock Star Leasing Agent

We are seeking to fill an Immediate Opening as a Leasing Consultant at our Apartment community in Terre Haute, IN. Are you a leasing super star? If so come join our team! You will handle all leasing activities and transactions involving prospects. This is a FULL time, hourly position plus commissions and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• List available apartments on social media sites and lease apartment homes daily
• Negotiate rental agreements and contracts with prospective residents
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine pricing
• Educate residents on policies and guidelines to make the community enjoyable for all
• Verify and process all applications for move ins

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with rental contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Onesite, Yieldstar, KNOCK, Checkpoint ID programs used
• Online leasing experience preferred
