As a Leasing Agent you will be expected to accurately communicate our policies and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. This position does not require off site property showings by the Leasing Agent.
Responsibilities
- Welcome on-site visitors and tenants.
- Maintain daily office functions.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Process rental applications.
- Generate tenant correspondence, scan documents, post tenant rental payments.
- Leasing, leasing renewals, marketing
Qualifications
- Moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Adapt quickly to work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
- Strong verbal communication skills required.
- Dependable with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Hours Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday schedule 10AM - 1PM
