We are looking for someone to join our Leasing Team at Kips Bay Court in the role of On-site Leasing Agent. What you will do:
- Conduct a high volume of property tours with new clients in an enthusiastic, exciting and compelling manner.
- Exemplify to prospects why Kips Bay Court is the best place to live while building rapport and establishing trust through understanding their renting needs and desires.
- Communicate the lease application process to applicants.
- Communicate landlord policies and house rules.
- Effectively follow up with prospective renters via phone and email.
- Prepare and enter applicant information into the residential management system to create and review application, credit screenings and other lease related documents.
- Communicate and ensure the required paperwork, fees, rent and security checks, and other lease documents required by the landlord are received on a timely basis
- Maintainclose and frequent contact with applicants to ensure a seamless leasing process.
What you should have:
- A “can-do attitude” with the ability to multi-task and remaincalm under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- The desire to become a Kips Bay Court apartment expert who is engaging and informative in all interactions.
- Experience in residential leasing, customer service, sales and/or real estate. Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- A flexible schedule. Weekends are required.
- Fanatical discipline and relentless desire to do what needs to be done.
- A lovefor doing what others won’t and solving very difficult problems.
- A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.

Base Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $26.00
This role is eligible to receive commission.
