As an Entry Level Leasing Agent/Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in finding the perfect rental properties. You will also provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our leasing processes. This is a fantastic entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement in the real estate field.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM - 6PM
Compensation also has opportunity to gain commission for every unit leased + base hourly pay
Compensation:$15 hourly
Responsibilities:Leasing Assistance:
- Assist potential tenants in finding the right rental properties.
- Conduct property tours and showings.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information on available properties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property availability and leasing policies.
Administrative Support:
- Process lease applications and ensure all required documents are submitted.
- Prepare lease agreements and related documentation.
- Keep accurate records of lease agreements and tenant information.
- Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams as needed.
- Perform general office tasks to support the leasing team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
