Job Summary

Kalidy LLC is seeking a full time Leasing Agent to join our team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our future tenants. You will be answering phone calls, emails, marketing properties, and showing applicants our properties. You will need to be structured, well-organized, and pay attention to detail with your day-to-day task. You will be assisting the Property Manager in daily tasks related to your duties and business. Property management and/or marketing experience is a plus in this role. Bilingual is plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering all calls and emails
• Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day tasks
• Work directly with applicants, tenants, and crew members
• Show properties
• Processing applications and background checks
• Marketing properties on all social media channels
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
• You will be provided with a company phone and use a personal vehicle to travel to locations

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office software products
• Outgoing and customer focused
• Must have reliable working vehicle
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations is a plus
• Marketing skills is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
