Key Role:
Provide strategic and tactical advice and develop learning solutions on learning technology systems, including learning management systems (LMS) and Cloud-based technologies to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Apply specific functional and working or general industry knowledge. Develop and contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, as needed. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, if needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with leading or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) implementations
- Experience with technology-based needs assessment, requirements development, and analysis
- Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
- Experience with using Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with- able Content Object Reference Model and Section 508 requirement
- Experience with delivering professional services to the federal government
- Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
- Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data-gathering skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Instructional Technology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
