Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, BCS, or a related degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or 13 years of related experience.
- Thorough knowledge of current Microsoft technologies and methodologies.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience with network & server management, and telecommunications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be on call and online 24/7 during a rotation.
- IT certifications in Oracle, Microsoft, Citrix, and Cisco are a plus.
