This role is located in Atlanta, GA at the Global Support Center. Tues/Weds/Thurs in office.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Administers the Cornerstone SBX (Saba) Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensures quality of training data reported to customers
- 40% of time: Supports training department by processing information in LMS including creating classes, building assignments, researching databases for information, and researching and resolving system-related problems
- Creates, maintains, and updates configuration of learning content in the system
- Shares responsibility for testing learning object and content functionality in the LMS
- Inputs data and performs quality control of data input by other training staff
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on LMS functionality and processes, as well as providing LMS support
- Acts in a tier 2 Customer Support role by answering key questions of learners, field personnel, corporate staff, and department teammates over online chat, email via the Functional Help email inbox, and telephone communication
- 20% of time: Prepares customized and regular reports
- Validates report data
- Performs data analysis
- Recognizes trends and provides feedback to training management
- Create and validate reports for audit requests, as needed
- 20% of time: Assists with Cornerstone SBX projects, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Participates in the configuration and testing of system enhancements and fixes with the Cornerstone SBX Systems Manager
- Validates and implements system upgrades
- 10% of time: Delivers LMS training to appropriate audiences
- Writes desk procedures and quality work instructions
- Facilitates training sessions regarding LMS processes, as needed
- 10% of time: Interacts with technical vendors and help desk
- Provides guidance and recommendations for decisions and/or problem resolution related to LMS
- Other duties as assigned
- Administration experience in Saba Learning Management system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Expertise in data management/data manipulation utilizing advanced features in Excel
- Ability to learn additional software programs
- Ability to navigate the internet for research purposes
- High communication skills, high attention to detail, and an end user focus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative setting
- The work environment is telework; high-speed internet access in a home office setting required
- Some travel may be required
- Any skill level writing HTML for web pages
- Statistical analysis experience
- Database use experience
- Ability to learn/master specialized reporting/database software
