Position Details:
This direct hire role is a full time Receiving & Delivery Specialist and performs office services work in Atlanta, GA
Hours will be full time M-F 8:00AM- 5:00PM

No nights, no weekends!
Business professional dress code and standards are required
Hourly Compensation: $18.00 -18.00 USD per hour
Must have valid Georgia driver's license
Responsibilities
Receiving & Delivery Specialist:

• Process all incoming USPS mail, FedEx/UPS packages & deliver throughout campus
• Drive company vehicle
• Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Manage Office Supply Inventory
• Lift large bundles of mail daily, overnight packages and shipments of paper - able to lift 50lbs
• Always try to do what's right with a firm sense of integrity and ethics, behaving in a manner consistent with principles of moral conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be reliable
