The learning and development partner will lead the design, implementation and support of people and organizational development initiatives and practices.

What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality best-in-class training programs to global customers, Dealers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining processes for assessing and reviewing changing business needs for professional skills, leadership, and organizational development programs.
• Designing programs for learning and development initiatives which support business goals.
• Providing consulting services on design and development of solutions for professional skills gaps, leadership, and organizational development problems and issues.
• Implementing programs with efficient use of resources, including working with vendors and technology solutions, to achieve learning goals aligned to business objectives.
• Evaluating existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommending appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.

Degree and Experience Requirement:

• Experience in MineStar technologies or similar Fleet Management Systems
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development

Top Candidates will also have:

• Broad knowledge of company policies and processes
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and good judgment
• Excellent teamwork, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence constituents at all levels of the organization.

Additional information:

This position requires up to 25-50% travel.
