The learning and development partner will lead the design, implementation and support of people and organizational development initiatives and practices.
What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality best-in-class training programs to global customers, Dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining processes for assessing and reviewing changing business needs for professional skills, leadership, and organizational development programs.
- Designing programs for learning and development initiatives which support business goals.
- Providing consulting services on design and development of solutions for professional skills gaps, leadership, and organizational development problems and issues.
- Implementing programs with efficient use of resources, including working with vendors and technology solutions, to achieve learning goals aligned to business objectives.
- Evaluating existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommending appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.
Degree and Experience Requirement:
- Experience in MineStar technologies or similar Fleet Management Systems
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
Top Candidates will also have:
- Broad knowledge of company policies and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and good judgment
- Excellent teamwork, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence constituents at all levels of the organization.
Additional information:
This position requires up to 25-50% travel.
