ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Leads the promotion and delivery of excellent guest service experiences for both internal and external guests.
- Collaborates with the Learning & Development Manager, offering leadership in supporting multiple concurrent human resources projects, trainings, and programs (guest service, recognition, wellness, Title 4 (alcohol) training, Title 31 (AML) training, food handler’s training, etc.).
- Manage multiple deadlines, pays attention to details, and maintains organization while tracking deliverables.
- Leads the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Assumes a leadership role in developing educational courses in the learning management system and effectively communicates with Team Members for course completion.
- Schedules, organizes, and coordinates on-site employee testing and/or training classes.
- Maintains and updates employee information in the Human Resources Information System and Learning Management System.
- Takes a leadership role in processing documentations, licenses, and preparing reports related to personnel activities (trainings, employee testing, audits, etc.).
- Engages with department management and Team Members to provide guidance on how to fulfil their needs.
- Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises multiple Team Members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, preferred.
- Experience in project and/or program coordination required, preferably in a casino gaming environment.
- Must become proficient in using our learning management system to maintain courses, offerings, registration, and to run reports.

- Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong professional etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to multitask, follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
