Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Learning and Development for our fast-growing client to design and oversee all learning and development programs within the organization.
Ultimately, you will help develop employees' skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Steer a transformational learning experience by overseeing dynamic learning activities, cutting-edge curriculum, and resources.
- Take command of quarterly and annual training budgets.
- Handle performance reviews and skills gap analysis.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through implementation of coaching sessions and mentorship programs.
- Craft individual career plans.
- Design training programs that align with business goals, making sure every moment of learning contributes to the organization's strategic success.
- Assess the outcomes of learning courses to sculpt a future of even greater impact.
- Spearhead new training methods, including exciting e-learning courses and game-based platforms, ensuring the learning experiences evolve.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• A welcome collaboration! Being a true team player is a must.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in L&D leadership.
• BS/MS in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching).
• Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Multi-Unit location experience.
• Ability to travel within Florida and <15% within the United States
