The Marketing Director is responsible for the development and implementation of key marketing strategies and account-based and targeted marketing campaigns across all channels including email, social media, and company's websites. The responsibilities include preparing and managing social media, tracking, coordinating proposal presentation packages, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity.
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the success of highly comprehensive marketing and communication functions; in the areas of messaging, branding, website content, social media, public relations, and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain social media strategy across all platforms representing the company. Ensure relevant information is posted across all channels.
- Must have excellent writing skills and be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Provide graphic, writing and layout assistance to our team members.
- Track, maintain and organize marketing materials, photographs, resumes, references etc.
- Keep membership and active role at the main Industry’s professional associations and organizations. Represent company at industry association conventions and meetings.
- Assist with conference attendance and sponsorships.
- Attend industry and client events as needed.
- Manage proposal process from start to finish including attending pre-proposal meetings, strategy development, and working with team members from different departments to develop content.
- Communicate and collaborate with staff on all marketing efforts.
- Navigate through the various systems including Smart-sheet & Sharepoint, maintain and manage website design and content.
- Design, Coordinate and procure all company branded clothing & swag.
- Design and procure marketing material such as brochures and capability statements.
- Organize a team-building company’s events.
- Perform various job duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies or Communication or related field.
- 7+ years prior experience in the workplace with demonstrated experience in marketing.
- Excellent writing, proofreading and verbal skills.
- High level of understanding of marketing and communications related to the Construction and/or Real Estate Development industries.
- Managerial experience.
- Strong Marketing Analytical skills. Google Analytics experience is preferable.
- Highly organized, able to work to deadlines.
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Experience with Adobe Suite (In Design), Photoshop and other MS Suite Apps (word, excel etc.)
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with a variety of people.
- A team player with excellent communications skills at all levels of management.
- Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to hand off projects and quickly re-tool for new projects.
- Ability to be flexible and manage many assignments or projects at the same time.
- Good knowledge of digital and social marketing.
- This is a Full-time, In-office position at Fort Lauderdale Headquarter office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
