Job Description:
Position Summary: As a Learning and Development Specialist at SB&Company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the professional growth and performance of our team members. You will design, implement, and manage Learning and Development programs that align with our firm's goals, values, and strategic objectives. Your efforts will contribute to our employees' growth, success and ensure that they are well-equipped to provide quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources for team members, covering a range of technical, professional, and soft skills relevant to the accounting industry.
Learning Needs Assessment: Identify learning needs and skill gaps within the organization through surveys, interviews, and feedback from department heads, and develop tailored learning solutions.
Curriculum Design: Develop and update training materials, e-learning modules, and course content that reflect best practices and industry standards in accounting and finance.
Onboarding and Orientation: Design and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and work environment.
Change Management: Act as trusted business advisor on effective and leading-edge Learning and Development strategies to lead organizational change
Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with HR and department managers to establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for employees, and track progress through performance evaluation programs.
Professional Development: Recommend and coordinate opportunities for continuing education, certifications, and skill development to support employees in their career growth.
Learning Technology: Stay current on training and Development technology and tools, and integrate innovative learning methods, including e-learning platforms, into training programs.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all training and Development initiatives comply with industry regulations and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from employees and Partners to continually improve training programs and measure their impact on individual and organizational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Learning and Development programs, ideally in a professional services or accounting environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
