WellSky is actively seeking a Director, Client Relations, who will be responsible for providing key support to the WellSky sales team. In this role, you will assist the VP of Sales with overall development of the sales strategy as well as building and executing the sales plan. This position will focus on revenue generation spanning a broad range of solutions (coding, revenue cycle, consulting, education, etc.)
The ideal candidate has a keen ability to sense and relate observations to sales opportunities. They possess strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills, have a proven sales track record, and can successfully influence all levels of decision makers to achieve desired outcomes.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Overall account management with defined clients and target accounts
- Developing new business by proactively contacting potential clients to identify key contacts and qualifying and driving leads through the sales pipeline
- Arranging meetings and demonstrations that fit within the guidelines of a qualified lead, both virtually and in person
- Responding to requests for information and answering questions regarding Corridor, powered by WellSky, solutions
- Keeping current on company activities, competitor and industry trends and learning management system (LMS) functionality
- Utilizing company processes for lead generation efforts including timely tracking and reporting of status within the CRM
- Attending trade and industry related events as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of three years related work experience
- Ability to participate in sales related travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a technology company and/or knowledge of Coding/RCM, eLearning and learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience in healthcare, particularly home health care and hospice
- Experience with web-based presentation tools such as GoToMeeting, CRM, HTML, business-to-business
