Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a vibrant, optimistic, good storyteller, with a DE&I spirit, who has a strong interest in affordable housing and a true belief in the Mission and Vision of Enterprise Community Partners to create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees. Previous work with non-profit organizations would be preferred. Their home office would be either our Baltimore or Columbia offices. They should be able to adapt to working with multiple systems and be able to shift and adapt to ever-changing priorities and deal with a highly complex, fast-paced work environment. Other items that will be considered include:
  • Project management skills
  • Interest/experience in AI programs
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Emotional maturity to adapt to working with every level of the organization.
  • Relatability to various audiences

TOTAL REWARDS AT ENTERPRISE:

Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.
The base salary for this role is $80,000 to $88,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
  • Develops unique technical and soft skills training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • Produce interactive system, compliance, etc. presentations that are visually stimulating to the audience.
  • Develop and deliver training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
    • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including classroom training courses, web-based seminars, informational meetings, written instruction, online courses and one-on-one coaching.
    • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
    • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
    • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
    • Maintains records and reports of expenses.
    • Performs other related duties, as required.
  • Maintain system records and SharePoint sites.
  • Use various systems for communication and training, including Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Quarterly report creation and evaluation for higher level review.
  • Performs other related duties, as required.
  • Serve as best practices champion to ensure that programming supports the HEROES culture.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND TALENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field or 3-5 years’ of experience in a corporate learning and development position.
  • 5+ years of property management experience preferred.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; proficiency with Internet applications and software.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of the job, the associate is often required to read, write, stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. An individual in this position will be required to push, lift, or carry weight up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must also have the ability to access all areas of the community without the assistance of an elevator.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the associate must be available to work for temporary periods at other locations. The associate will be required to work extended periods of time at a computer terminal. The associate is exposed to minimal to moderate noise.
Travel Required
The associate must possess and maintain timely and reliable transportation. The associate must be able to travel off-site to any community in the portfolio. Travel, including some out of state, overnight, and extended stay, may be required up to 25% of the time.
