The base salary for this role is $80,000 to $88,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. - Develops unique technical and soft skills training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
- Produce interactive system, compliance, etc. presentations that are visually stimulating to the audience.
- Develop and deliver training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including classroom training courses, web-based seminars, informational meetings, written instruction, online courses and one-on-one coaching.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Maintains records and reports of expenses.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
- Maintain system records and SharePoint sites.
- Use various systems for communication and training, including Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Quarterly report creation and evaluation for higher level review.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND TALENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field or 3-5 years’ of experience in a corporate learning and development position.
- 5+ years of property management experience preferred.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
- Advanced skills in MS Office 365 products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; proficiency with Internet applications and software.
