This is a hybrid remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the state of NC or TN.
The Learning and Development Specialist is a vital role responsible for supporting the Learning and Development initiatives across the Organization. Develops new learning, enhances existing learning, and provides periodic learning opportunities both virtually and in person.
Pay: $55,000
Schedule: This is a hybrid remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the state of NC or TN.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaboration with SME on new and updated course content.
• Create new content, review, and update existing content to ensure ongoing quality training.
• Support NHO system design and implementation at the local level,
• Assess fidelity of Enterprise Learning and NHO processes locally.
• Conduct or facilitate in-person, virtual, and digital learning across the organization.
• Expected to become a certified Instructor Trainer for all Enterprise learning Programs.
• Supports strategies to ensure ongoing training compliance.
• Provides periodic support to local units with delivery of formalized blended learning in times of instructor vacancies, new business ventures, and/or requested need.
• Develop a high-level understanding of Workday Learning Administrator responsibilities to support the utilization of the system and serve as a back-up, as needed.
• Support the development and reporting on actionable Learning and Development metrics and performance indicators.
• Liaise with external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and Development programs.

Qualifications:

• 4 yr degree preferred
• Experience with the IDD/MH/SU service system
• Experience developing and facilitating curriculum-based learning
• Preferred Computer Applications: Workday LMS, Articulate, Microsoft 0365 applications
