Qualifications:
This role will align to large scale program, new people leaders, for MMD GL&D. Responsibilities will span across GL&D and client teams.
Skills/Qualifications:
•Strong Project Management skills
•Ability to be strategic, tactical, and operational in thinking
•Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable in operating in "white-space"
•Experience with Agile principles is desirable, not necessary
•Budget management experience (preferred, but not required)
•Detail-oriented, with strong time management, prioritizing and follow-up skills
•Ability to operate and deliver with ambiguity
•Experience leading global project teams and virtual settings
•Familiar with curriculum development and Learning Management systems
•Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, resolve conflict, and deliver tough messages with grace

•Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure

•Technical skills to include MS Project, Excel, MS Teams, and PPT (creative and visual)
Responsibilities:
•Support and coordinate the roll-out (delivery/execution) of MMD - simultaneously manage multiple short-term sub-projects, in various stages by employing focused task management, creative problem-solving skills and tactical and strategic planning to keep projects on time and on budget
•Iterate, update, and maintain comprehensive and detailed project plans that summarize critical short and long-term tasks and deliverables; coordinate planning activities with other Project Managers across multiple workstreams
•Ensure tactical execution of complex strategic initiative that requires swift decision making
•Take ownership in all project issues with a hands-on approach to root cause analysis and problem resolution while leading team to fact-based decision making
•Manage interactions between Learning Partners, stakeholders, and functions to help coordinate strategy development and potential implementation or experimentation
•Maintain updated report-outs to communicate status of progress, challenges, and risk mitigation
•Interface with vendors which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Coordinate all team efforts including team meetings
•Provide support for entering project updates into the GLD portfolio management tool(s)
•Assist in budget development, forecasting, tracking and monitoring (spending analysis) for individual project, including entering financial forecasts into systems
•Work with administrative staff to create purchase orders
•Coordinate and manage curriculum development and enrollments in Workday
•Update and manage project communications, GLD communications, agendas, PPT presentations, and material generation; help to develop and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations that effectively "tell a story" With data and program information
•Manage tracking of learning program metrics for regular reporting
•Develop excellent working relationships with cross functional leadership and teams at all levels of the organization and facilitate interaction between these groups
