Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Land Development
Are you a licensed professional engineer or professional landscape architect in Pennsylvania with a passion for shaping the communities we live, work, and play in? If so, we invite you to join our growing team of professionals as a Project Manager.
**Skills:**
- Licensed professional engineer or professional landscape architect in Pennsylvania.
- Land development experience.
- Design proficiency, especially in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Expertise in stormwater management, soil erosion, sediment control, and infrastructure designs.
- PE or RLA license.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
**Responsibilities:**
As a Project Manager, you will leverage your Land Development experience, design expertise, and skills to spearhead innovative projects. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of site layouts, grading, utility and landscape plans, as well as stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure designs. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in obtaining local, state, and federal approvals and permits for various projects, with a focus on complying with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal ordinance requirements.
**Position Requirements:**
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
- Land development project management experience is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
