Quoting Manager - RFQ Specialist

We are looking for the best candidate to learn to price and manage our internal process flows.

Overview

You will be responsible for all aspects of our quotes, assuring that pricing is accurate and all process and management of the RFQ flow Work with Engineering or Technical Design on quotes that include complex luxury products. Verify that technical documents have all needed information for Pricing.

Daily you will be:

1. Managing the work RFQ work flow through the office. Assure work is being prioritized appropriately and completed in a timely manner.

2. Pricing, creating automated quotes, supervising the Pricing Dept.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills and character
• Good time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Visualization skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workload independently
• Exposure to the construction industry a plus
• Experience in reading blue prints
• Experience with BOMs and Routings
• 3-years’ experience in pricing, costing or quoting
• Experience in designing procedures and processes
• Bachelor's degree preferred
