POSITION DETAILS:

Embark on this full-time adventure, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST or as late as 7:00 AM AZ to 4:00 PM AZ. Your remote workstation awaits, as long as you reside in Florida, Arizona, California, New York, or Texas.

Your Typical Day:

Imagine your day beginning with a virtual power session, connecting with an ambitious business owner eager to level up their leadership skills. Your coaching prowess transforms aspirations into reality, fostering a vibrant work culture within their team. As the sun rises, you energetically dive into dynamic sales training sessions. Your virtual classrooms buzz with energy as you empower plumbers, sales reps, and HVAC technicians to master the art of sales, setting new benchmarks for customer satisfaction.

Afternoon arrives, bringing strategic collaboration with clients. Together, you sculpt business plans that drive growth. Your meticulous check-ins with contractors ensure they possess the tools for success, fortified with mindset coaching and unwavering commitment to their goals.

If this sounds like the right position for you, you must meet the following criteria to qualify:

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years coaching, training, teaching, or consulting in a professional setting or owning a business

Preferred Qualifications (in order of importance):

• In-home service industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, with plumbing being a big plus)
• Experience in small business operations (wearing multiple hats)
• Highly effective with administrative duties
• Project management experience
• Certification in life coaching, mindset coaching, and leadership coaching
• Accountability-driven, detail-oriented, organized, and coachable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A driven critical thinker
• Ability to influence others
• Sales experience
• Virtual work experience and preference
• Bachelor's or master's in leadership or a related area
