We're looking for an amazing Sales and Service Trainer. You'll be responsible for facilitating training classes for newly hired employees as well as refresher training for current employees. They will conduct effective learning sessions through classroom style training using a computer-based setting as well as individual coaching sessions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for both new and existing staff members.
- Maintain adequate inventory of classroom materials and equipment, as necessary create and maintain training registration, attendance, and completion records.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires while on the phones in the training classroom.
- Evaluate measure and track the progress of training participants, providing feedback, and hiring recommendations to managers.
- Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the training programs.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to align training initiatives with overall business goals.
- Integrate new ideas and approaches into training programs to enhance their effectiveness
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience facilitating or creating sales curriculum
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience presenting to one-one to large groups.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate well and ask questions, to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Extensive experience delivering sales, product, and customer service training programs for new hires in inbound/outbound call center, ideally in the travel industry
- Two (2) year's experience in Sales and Service training preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

- Base Salary Range: $49,400.00 to $66,700.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
