Responsibilities:
- AM feed & cleaning of 4 stalls.
- Develop training plans and implement them effectively
- Assess and monitor client horses behavior and welfare
- Maintain clean and safe training areas
- Assist with horse/barn care duties as needed
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of Equine Training
- Understanding of Equine Biomechanics
- Preferably have a show record.
- Multi-Discipline; i.e. Dressage, Hunter/Jumper, Western
- Experience long-lining and use of ground poles
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical fitness, including the ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay up-to-date on industry advancements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
