Leadership Development Program Manager

Groundworks is seeking a talented Leadership Development Program Managerto join our Learning & Development team!

In this role, you will facilitate leadership training across the country, igniting engaging dialogues and developing talent as we develop the future leaders of our company. You will be a key contributing member of the learning and development team, with a direct influence on the program’s direction and execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate high quality, hard skill solutions to support the transfer and application of learning

• Be a subject matter expert in the Leadership Development tools, resources, and curriculum

• Support curriculum path and scheduling, assess performance gaps, and recommend solutions

• Possess the expertise to facilitate Development Programs in the following areas: sales, service, operations or leadership

Qualifications

• 8 years working in a large organization delivering L&D solutions (face to face and distance)

• Design and development of blended learning solutions that include self-directed learning and, instructor-led learning (face-to-face and distance learning) by partnering with Instructional Design team

• OR: 10 years working in a large organization with at least 5 years of direct experience in a learning and development role developing frontline leaders up to branch managers/ general managers
