Job Description
The SkyTek Joint Venture is seeking a Program Analyst (OCS Material Development) to provide support services that include, but are not limited to, analyzing OCS processes and systems, coordinating with subject matter experts and Program Managers to solicit feedback and recommend solutions, and schedule, coordinate, and participate in various meetings and reviews to support fielding and training efforts.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
- Analyze current OCS processes, business systems and capability gaps and recommend potential materiel solutions.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts within Army, joint, and DoD agencies and solicit feedback from deployed units using presentations, surveys, interviews and observations to identify existing materiel requirements, capability gaps, and potential solutions.
- Document results in memorandum format and submitted to the COR and TPO leadership for concurrence and approval within 5 working days.
- Coordinate, as requested by the COR, recommended solutions with Government Program Managers and appropriate agencies providing a meeting summary NLT 2 working days after an engagement to enable successful testing, fielding and training on materiel solutions that impact Army OCS capabilities.
- Schedule, coordinate, and participate in conferences, meetings and in-progress reviews to ensure effective synchronization of testing, fielding and training efforts for materiel solutions, and shall prepare and submit presentations NLT 2 day prior to execution and written summaries NLT 2 working days after all meetings, conferences and in-progress reviews to the COR.
Required Experience:
- Have a minimum of four years' experience in business systems development or program systems IAW AR 71-9 and AR 5-1.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Have Shall have a minimum of 6 years' experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Pro.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Have the ability to sit for long periods of time.
