Lead Technical Process Architect with Business Architecture, Business Process Design and Automation experience to analyze and design modern business processes and assist with the automation of those processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in telecommunications network planning, and will function in a critical role in establishing consistent standards, patterns and practices across planning disciplines to support the various products, delivery time lines, and value streams. The Lead Technical Process Architect will be an expert in Business Process Modeling, Business Architecture, and Automation with a strong understanding of business process design best practices, principles, and patterns.
- Strategic approach to collecting, documenting, visualizing, and managing business processes, user workflows, requirements, and test cases, as it reflects current and desired states
- Direct, define, and document the processes, tools, and automation for developed solutions
- Serves as a thought leader, collaborating with other NPAM team members who collectively drive data-based decisions regarding future state process design and needs
- Navigates process simplification to drive year over year improvements in KPI outcomes across all health plans and platforms
- Lead the review of business process automation / management software packages, including low code / no code (LCNC) platforms
- Act as a liaison with other architects (security, infrastructure, data, etc.). and with delivery teams working primarily in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) manner
- Lead the collaboration efforts with business leaders and the Business Intelligence team to ensure requirements result in the necessary visibility for data and reporting needs
- Speak the right language to the right audience, incorporating storytelling to explain and demonstrate, complex and nuanced concepts logically and simply
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, a quantitative, or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, science, economics)
- Business Process Modeling, Business Architecture, and Automation with a strong understanding of business process design best practices, principles, and patterns
- Knowledge of Azure or other cloud computing platforms
- Strong verbal and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills and thought leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills - ability to see past the immediate answer to the simple, elegant solution
- Ability to communicate and interact with internal and external stakeholders in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner in both verbal and written form
- Ability to analyze problems, understand nuances, & generate solutions creatively & technically
- Ability to materialize concepts into functional operational working models
- Ability to operate autonomously using effective business process analysis & improvement models
- Strong knowledge of various business process modeling techniques and best practices, as well as knowledge of tools to create and visualize architectures, e.g. Visio, MS PowerPoint etc
