Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to join our team as the Tech lead Frontend - Global Comms at Philip Morris International, a world-class company in the Information Technology industry. This role is located in the USA and presents a unique opportunity to lead our core global communications platform's success. Responsibilities: • Technical Leadership: Lead the way in shaping the technical direction and decisions for the e-commerce website, applying your expertise in modern web technologies like ReactJS, AEM, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and AWS. • User Experience (UX): Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure the e-commerce website delivers an intuitive and engaging user experience while meeting compliance requirements. • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security protocols, protecting customer data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the website's performance, addressing technical bottlenecks to maintain speed and reliability. Qualifications: • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 5+ years of related working experience in Frontend development. • Proven proficiency in ReactJS/HTML/CSS, AEM, SRE practices, SEO, Google Tag Manager, AWS, and other relevant web technologies. • Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse team members. • Knowledge of Agile software delivery principles and frameworks.
