```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for preschool-aged children
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
- Provide individualized instruction and support to children with special education needs or early intervention requirements
- Foster positive behavior management techniques and create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student progress monitoring
- Conduct regular assessments to track student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or achievements
```Qualifications```
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum development, and age-appropriate teaching strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage a classroom environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
