Hourly Pay Rate: $27.50 - $33.50/hr.

Position Purpose
Responsible for leading specific day-to-day activities within the shipping, inventory, small pack / E-store, Branded Rework and receiving functions to ensure that resources are available and that performance goals and requirements are met.
Collaborates with/Key Customers include daily operations.
Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reviews shipping and receiving flow and insure inventory accuracy throughout the day to ensure proper resources are deployed to meet distribution requirements.
- Reviews and communicates customer requirements to ensure product is being shipped/received according to instructions.
- Communicates with corporate personnel regarding order status, compliance issues, and inventory status.
- Assists with tracking performance measures and other data.
- Ensures warehouse staff are at work stations on time as assigned.
- Communicates status of warehouse goals/standards and takes appropriate action.
- Conducts random quality control audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance.
- Train new hires
- Responsible for hiring, motivating, evaluating, developing group/department personnel.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Advises management and provides recommendations on personnel and problem issues ( that require escalation).
- Builds strong relationships with peers, Managers, external departments, and customers to best meet company goals and objectives.
- Maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations.
- Partners with managers to develop annual budget forecasts, and achieve budgetary goals.
- Develops and maintains written departmental standards and procedures.
- Directly contributes to development of tactical and annual operating plans, defining goals and objectives for the group.
Minimum Requirements:
Specialist or administrative experience of 2-5 years.
Physical Requirements:
Carry/lift loads of Heavy (over 50 pounds)
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $27.50 and $33.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
