L3Harris Space Superiority group has an opening for a Lead Integration & Test Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting. This position will support the test effort for development of multiple ground-based mission systems and operations center from program inception to test verification and deployment.
The Lead Integration & Test Engineer will define complex test strategies to verify mission capabilities while working with a team comprised of multiple internal organizations and subcontractors for the full integration and test of the mission system. The test engineer will be a point-of-contact for the government customer for test planning and will coordinate across government and stakeholder offices to define the test and evaluation plan. Essential Functions: Execute all levels of testing (Integration, System and Acceptance) Experience with Linux commands Develop test plans, test cases, and testing scripts for manual and automated testing, maintain testing records, document and report discovered problems Experience with Test Readiness Review (TRR) and test reports Document issues into bug tracking tool Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology and culture Proficient at JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent) Advocate for test priorities in daily scrum meetings and sprint planning Create clear and concise documentation of software issues Collaborate closely with the SW development team Analyze user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility Lead test development and peer review activities with little supervision.
Ensure complete and accurate test coverage. Create test to requirement traceability matrix. Participate in project planning and execution meetings as required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of integration, system and acceptance experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of integration, system and acceptance experience, or equivalent.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of integration, system and acceptance experience. Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance Preferred Additional Skills: Familiarity with all phases of the software test life cycle Carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Experience with MBSE Methodology In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $100,000 - $185,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
