Lead Engineering Technician

You will serve as a LEAD ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH of NAVFAC NORTHWEST at Naval Station Everett.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Leading others in performing technical engineering assignments, construction quality management, quality assurance planning, quality control, project partnering, environmental requirements, cost estimating, and construction safety practices;2) Developing solutions and alternatives to construction engineering and operational problems involving buildings, pavements, and/or utility systems; and3) Reading and interpreting engineering and architectural plans and specifications to ensure proper completion and quality of services provided.
