As an Associate Electronics Technician Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Technicians and Specialists who troubleshoot SEL products to component level, complete failure root cause analysis, and process repairs in our Product Hospital operation in Pullman, WA. You'll work alongside R&D, S&CS, and Manufacturing teams to get to root cause of complex problems while instilling trust with our customers!

As an Associate Electronics Technician Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:

+ Supervise daily activities of the Product Hospital department related to product repair, process improvement, hiring, and employee development.

+ Test, repair, convert, and troubleshoot problems of high complexity to the component level on SEL products.

+ Provide leadership to ensure safety, quality, and customer expectations are met.

+ Be accountable for the organization's quality, performance, and on-time delivery.

Pay Range Data

Associate Electronics Technician Supervisor $29.23 - $45.67 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
