About the job: Our client needs a Change Management Leader to guide a team of data scientists and analysts to a new AWS EMR platform!
You will lead the effort and understand the Change Management requirements to effectively engage and transition a team of 300-400 users to a new environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to migrate teams from on-prem to cloud based AWS EMR
- Understand the human side of Change Management, and how to create buy in for a new solution.
- IAM understanding.
- Understand SAS and EMR analytic platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse.
- Manage and lead a team working on the data transition.
- Ability to scale projects.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAS and AWS EMR
- Background working for a financial service industry-- prefer working with credit fraud and collections
- Excellent communication skills and process management skills
- Ability to manage teams and set/meet deadlines
- BS degree in a related field
