Due to our expansive growth, we are hiring a Lead Customer Relations Specialist who has experience with billing to join our team in the Burlington area.
Starting Pay Range - Dependent upon experience: $25-$30/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound phone calls and correspondence
- Maintain customer compliance
- Provide support to management
- Administrative duties including but not limited to billing, filing, etc
- Submitting proposals
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the trades industry
- Billing and experience with submitting proposals advantageous
- Highly organized and able to remain as such in this high-volume, fast paced environment
- Proficiency with computer applications, Word, Excel, any other related Accounting Software
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking a must
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Knowledge of Customer Portals a plus – Example: Service Channel, Corrigo, Vixxo .
