Lead Customer Service Representative

Diamond USA (subsidiary of Diamond Switzerland), a leading manufacturer of Fiber Optic Solutions, seeks a Professional to expand their technical expertise in the US Marketfor its corporate office in Billerica, MA.

Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The ideal candidate will understand and be able to communicate technical aspects of diverse fiber optic connectivity applications, lead the CSR’s, manage key customer accounts/projects, support a busy outside sales force in all technical aspects, provide hands-on sales support and training, and possess knowledge of the complete sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

· Leading the CSR

· Liaison between National Sales Manager, Customers and Manufacturing

· Processing quotes, orders and customers’ requests

· Maintains oversight of open orders

· Review of contracts

Requirements:

· Experienced Lead CSR

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Salesforce and Sage experience a plus

· Technical Aptitude

· “Hands On” person

· United States Citizen or Permanent Resident
