Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The ideal candidate will understand and be able to communicate technical aspects of diverse fiber optic connectivity applications, lead the CSR’s, manage key customer accounts/projects, support a busy outside sales force in all technical aspects, provide hands-on sales support and training, and possess knowledge of the complete sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
· Leading the CSR
· Liaison between National Sales Manager, Customers and Manufacturing
· Processing quotes, orders and customers’ requests
· Maintains oversight of open orders
· Review of contracts
Requirements:
· Experienced Lead CSR
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Salesforce and Sage experience a plus
· Technical Aptitude
· “Hands On” person
· United States Citizen or Permanent Resident
