- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the preschool program
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Familiarity with toddler care and the unique needs of this age group
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively guide and support young learners
- Proficiency in math concepts appropriate for preschool-aged children
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Ability to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 39.95 per week
