Our office is seeking full-time position Dental assistant who is Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English in writing and speaking). We are looking for a reliable Lead Dental Assistant to provide outstanding customer service for the patient. Responsibilities of the Dental Assistant includes but not limited to: Clean and prepare operatory per organization procedures prior to patient's appointment. Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, take proper radiographs, take good patient's records, provide strong customer service and communication skills, be reliable, engaged, be flexible and ready to work at all assigned shift times. We use Open Dental and we will expect our Dental Assistant to be able to transcribe Doctor's treatment plan into Open Dental software. We open Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays a month. The Dental Assistant will work closely with the dentist, dental hygienists and patients to help ensure that treatments are completed in a safe and effective manner. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience with administrative procedures, and is willing to learn the equipment needed for the position. Candidates must have an interest in helping others with their dental needs, as well as a willingness to educate customers about best practices for oral hygiene.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
