Candidate requirements These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role. • Extensive experience in software engineering, with a strong background in blockchain technology. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in fast-paced and dynamic environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in creative chaos • 5+ year’s experience in production-grade web applications. • Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, and React. • Experience with responsive design and a mobile-first approach to development. • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD. • Great intuition for UX and attention to detail • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and data manipulation within web applications. • The ability to self-start and work independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Deep understanding of the crypto space and a passion for innovation in blockchain technology.

Desirable • Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • Prior experience with blockchain platforms.

Salary: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
