Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will supervise processes, service levels and regulatory compliance in functional areas of responsibility which may include, but are not limited to instrument/ method validations, required instrument maintenance, and function checks
• You will be responsible  for achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities in assigned areas
• You will ensure proper ongoing operation and maintenance of laboratory automation, initiate ongoing communication with laboratory customers regarding the level of laboratory services provided, and monitor statistical analysis of quality measurements and standards
• You will continually monitor and stay abreast of legislative and regulatory changes affecting the laboratory industry, and ensure changes are accurately communicated to affected departments and implemented on a timely basis

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or higher
• License:  Nevada General Supervisor License
• Experience:  3-5 years in laboratory,  2-3 years in leadership license
