Core Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sample intake: receives laboratory samples (including materials that may contain asbestos, mold, or lead) from ETL drop box, postal mail, or clients directly
- Creates job folders, verifies paperwork is correctly completed by clients and staff, inputs job information into computer databases in an accurate and timely manner
- Serves as first point of contact for all walk-ins to ETL, ranging from homeowners to representatives of large ETC Group clients
- Provides excellent client support in the form of in-person assistance, phone follow-ups, client complaint resolution
- Generates detailed reports based on analytical results
- Responsible for data entry, and logging of billing information.

Must have strong written and oral communication skills, be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrated team-oriented approach to problem-solving, and have strong interpersonal skills for contact with clients and fellow engineers/technicians.
