Lab Technician: Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:
     • Through the assessment of job knowledge and skills, familiarize oneself with the key professional theoretical knowledge of the operation position. After training, be able to independently complete daily production work, such as primer synthesis and purification, etc.
     • Undertake daily laboratory work, carry out daily work in accordance with SOP, operate conventional experimental equipment such as primer synthesizer, mass spectrometer, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, etc.
     • Any problems discovered during production experiments should be promptly reported and solutions should be actively provided..
     • Complete experimental handover and problem analysis, analyze the problems of unfinished experiments, propose improvement plans, and report the unfinished experiments to the supervisor..
     • Complete the experimental record writing work according to the experimental record standards, requiring standardized writing and signature at any alterations. And complete the experimental data statistics for the position..
     • Comply with safety production requirements and carry out laboratory 5S management work in accordance with company requirements.
     • Other tasks: Cooperate and assist in the completion of relevant positions within and outside the department; Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

     • Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field in Chemistry, demonstrating a strong foundation in the sciences.
     • Priority should be given to those who possess basic experimental skills and can accept different production shifts.
     • Possess strong work responsibility and pressure resistance, and complete the daily work of this group.
