Lab Tech Operation

Our client, a world leader in Pharmaceuticals & In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), is looking for a ”Lab Tech Operation".

As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in our research and development endeavors, undertaking various laboratory tasks and experiments. Your responsibilities will encompass media preparation, instrument calibration, materials weighing, record-keeping, and maintaining a clean room environment.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh and dispense raw materials following SOPs and Batch records for process orders, inventory, and warehouse management.
  
• Support production and testing operations, ensuring quality and adherence to protocols and safety regulations.
  
• Monitor lab supply inventory, generate purchase requisitions, input production data into relevant systems, and maintain documentation.
  
• Handle hazardous materials responsibly and maintain stock rooms and laboratories adequately stocked.
  
• Perform various manufacturing and testing duties, including bulk formulation, filling, and sample testing as needed.
  
• Interface with internal teams to ensure laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and documentation compliance.
  
• Attend training sessions and engage in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  
• Manage schedules and workload based on business requirements and internal customer needs.
  

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
  
• 0-2 years of general laboratory experience with basic GMP knowledge; 2 years preferred.
  
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and DFT documents.
  
• Proficiency in reading and completing charts, forms, and other documents.
