Job Description
This is a part-time, temporary/seasonal position. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to establish an applicant pool. As vacancies occur, they are filled from the pool.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College or trade school welding classes
- At least one year of industry experience in welding or a related field
- An understanding of the welding certification process
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support of classroom and lab activities
- Processing of materials
- Welding equipment maintenance and set-up
- Equipment and tool safety
- Heavy equipment safety
- Ability to get along with faculty, TA's, and students
