Kona Ice Driver/Server

The Kona Event Specialist/Driver, oversees and manages the success of events. You will drive/operate a one-of-a- Kona ice unit and provide a memorable experience, by spreading fun, and delivering smiles while giving back to our communities. As a Kona Ice Event Specialist/Driver you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of brand standards, operate all Kona Ice units, and contribute to the success of Kona Ice of Utah Valley

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Kona Ice brand by delivering a memorable experience and outstanding customer service
• Responsbile for operating Kona Ice equipment and maintaining trucks and equipment to brand standards
• Maintain a clean driving record, and adhere to company driving and text policy
• Know event procedures, warehouse expectations and product delivery
• Transport Kona Ice units from warehouse to event on time and with all inventory necessary for the event
• Responsible for Kona Ice unit preparation, event set up/ take down, and closing procedures, including inventory and cash counts
• Take orders, process payment, and ensure transactions are complete and to customer satisfaction
• Maintain warehouse expectations, and cleanliness of working environment
• Contribute to a positive work environment, and provide ongoing feedback to improve it
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
