Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen inventory, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Regularly conduct inventory audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries.
- Catering Coordination:
- Oversee catering operations, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless and successful events.
- Work closely with the catering team to understand client needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- Monitor catering budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Menu Development:
- Contribute to the creation of new and exciting dishes that align with Frigo Foods' culinary traditions.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
- Stay updated on food trends and industry innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Staff Supervision:
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen personnel.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all kitchen activities.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities to uphold hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall dining satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management, catering operations, and menu development.
